Hillary is a completed Torrens-title duplex at 12 Hillary Parade, Matraville, designed by Inhaus Designs with interiors by SICI Design and built by Merc.Build in double brick and concrete. The street face is a composition of white brickwork, a curved breeze-block screen and a battened timber garage door — private from the footpath, glowing from within. Inside, herringbone oak floors run to a travertine kitchen with Polytech joinery and Smeg Dolce Stil Novo appliances, while bathrooms pair microcement and marble vanities with Parisi fittings. A Rinnai fireplace anchors the stepped living room, and the garden carries the home outdoors with an alfresco kitchen and a sculpted fire pit. Completed in 2025 and sold at $2.925 million, Hillary is a working example of what disciplined materials and double-brick construction deliver minutes from Malabar and Maroubra beaches.
