For structural whole-home projects it is usually faster and cheaper to move out for the core works. We advise honestly on which category your project falls into.
Do renovations need council approval in NSW?
Structural changes, additions and most external alterations require approval — either a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) for straightforward work or a Development Application (DA) through council.
